I'm working towards a legit attempt at a webcomic, starting with Effingham. Effingham seems so old to me know, but I'm dying to get some traction with something, and with Effingham I know my characters, have finished strips, and I know I can jump right back in to writing the strips. Anyway, this is the software I'm looking at...
